Doug Hall

Mr. Hall is a serial inventor; the author of seven books; and the founder of Eureka! Ranch, a 40-year-old innovation firm specializing in the invention of patentable “wow” ideas for multi-nationals. There are currently over $75 billion worth of innovations in processing in their Innovation Engineering System, which applies system thinking to increase innovation speed while decreasing risk. He is also the founder of the Innovation Engineering Institute, which teaches leaders and organizations how to transform innovation from a random gamble to a reliable process. You might also remember Mr. Hall as as one of the judges on the ABC TV show, "American Inventor" or the Public Radio International program "Brain Brew."

Kevin Bolen

Mr. Bolen has split his career between executive leadership roles and strategy consulting and has helped generate more than $2 billion in new growth for firms like IBM, VF, PepsiCo, Boeing, and Lionbridge Technologies. He currently runs a $150 million annual growth portfolio for KPMG. Prior to joining KPMG, he spent seven years as a partner and COO at Innosight, the innovation consultancy founded by Clayton Christensen, the pioneer of disruptive innovation.
