Rani Doyle is an Executive Director in EY’s Center for Board Matters. She has more than 20 years experience working with public companies and their boards, assisting with matters relating to: board and committee governance, organization and operations; director onboarding and orientation; development, implementation and reporting of board evaluation processes and results; corporate governance philosophy, frameworks, policies and practices; and corporate communications and stakeholder engagement. Her professional experience includes: Partner at Morgan, Lewis and Bockius, LLP; Managing Director, General Counsel, Asst. Corporate Secretary at Och-Ziff Capital Management; Special Counsel in the US Securities Exchange Commission’s Office of International Corporation Finance.
Kris has 25 years of management consulting, auditing/financial analysis, and board of director experience. She currently focuses on the board agenda including: the board’s role in strategy definition, disruptive innovation, board performance, board culture, and long-term value/investor valuation. She previously led EY’s Strategy and Customer consulting practices and is one of the founders of EY’s Purpose Led Transformation organization.
Kris is an expert in large scale transformation with skillsets including: strategy consulting, executive leadership, purpose transformation, and value realization/financial engineering. Process focus areas include Customer Relationship Management (digital selling, salesforce transformation, service management and customer journey/customer experience transformation). Industry experience includes high technology, consumer products/retail, industrial products, banking, automotive and telecommunications. She has vast experience executing ERP-led transformation initiatives plus large-scale strategy redesign as well. Kris has vast experience at the board level. She is currently an advisory board member for Windward Reports and is the Programs Chair of NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors). Previous board roles included: Corporate Director and Audit Committee Member of Great Western Bank, and Advisory Director of Microplas, a subsidiary of Nypro. Kris is also active in association boards including the Harvard Business School Women’s Advisory Board and previously was the Vice Chair of ASME (Association of Mechanical Engineers) Industry Board in officer roles for over 10 years.
