NACD-Colorado Names New Directors
DENVER – December 17, 2015 – The Colorado Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) has named two new directors to its board:
- Mark Goodman, a 20+ year veteran in the consumer and retail industry, serves as chairman and CEO of Colorado Nut Company Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Goodman served in senior executive positions in Fortune 50 companies including McDonald’s, Wal-Mart and SuperValu. He received master’s degrees in Philosophy and Logic from Tufts University and his bachelor’s degree from the College of Wooster.
- Greg McMichael, a 40-year veteran of the oil and gas industry, served as a director for both public and private companies. He was an energy industry equity analyst with A.G. Edwards, and managing director of equity research at Hanifen, Imhoff. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from London’s Schiller University.
